Benefits Of MS Teams + Leap

Communicate more effectively

Work anywhere

Keep your phone system

Keep your team secure

Microsoft Teams brings everything together in a shared workspace where you can now make and receive calls, chat, meet, share files and work with business apps.

Microsoft Teams can be installed on any PC, Mac or mobile device so now your team can make and receive work calls from your phone system wherever they are.

Integrate your Leap Cadence PBX or any existing PBX to Microsoft Teams...meaning you can keep your phone system and hardware investment.

Get end-to-end security, administrative control and compliance - all powered by Office 365.

MS Teams for PBX

Leap's MS Teams for PBX solution turns the MS Teams softphone into a registered endpoint of your Cadence PBX or existing PBX. Within the online portal, Leap configures your PBX setup and syncs the registration to your MS Office 365 account. Once sync'ed, phone system users are mapped to the individual MS Teams account user with a Phone System license. After completion, the Calls function within MS Teams for that user will be active to make and receive calls on the native dialpad in Teams.
